Our experienced team will assess your medical needs and develop an individualized care plan focused exclusively on you. But there’s more to our care than you might expect. We encourage your social and emotional health, too. Your personal activities coordinator will create a personalized plan to keep you active and engaged with others while you’re with us.

We encourage you to bring at least a week’s worth of clothing, pictures, plants, mementos and other items to create a familiar, comfortable atmosphere.

Skilled nursing care is open not only to our residents who live on campus, but also to individuals who have had a qualifying hospital stay and need skilled care.

Short- or long-term care by trained professionals is often called for after an illness or injury. Some conditions that could require skilled nursing for seniors are:
