To Live Well Is to Be Well
Wellness is so much more than physical health. It’s an approach to each day that celebrates and strengthens the mind, body and spirit so you can live at your best. It means making choices that let you keep growing, keep learning, keep doing. And it means nurturing relationships with others and staying connected to the world around you. Through our 8 Dimensions of Wellness programs, there are so many opportunities here, guided by resident input and preferences, that you’ll find it easy to make the kinds of choices that let you live well.
- The state-of-the-art fitness center empowers you to take care of your body.
- Classes, activities and programs open the door to new ideas, skills and opportunities.
- Meditation, Mass, ecumenical services and Bible studies allow you to nurture your spirit in your own way.
- Social gatherings and friendly neighbors let you keep building meaningful relationships.
