Grilled Steaks? Fresh fish? Homemade soups? Those are just a few of the many tempting items on the menu. With our variety of dining venues and chef-prepared meals, dining well is easy at Eastcastle Place.
From elegant meals served in the contemporary Gilman Dining Room to weekday continental breakfasts in the bistro, choices abound.
1884, our new bar and lounge, is perfect for relaxing with a cocktail and the new Grab-and-Go Bistro hits the spot on busy days.
Our chef and culinary team use fresh herbs from our on-site garden, locally sourced produce, breads and dairy products, and they create tasty desserts in-house. The team takes pride in accommodating special dietary needs by providing low-cholesterol, diabetic and sodium-free meals. Your monthly meal credits let you choose how and when to dine. Friends and family are welcome to join you, too.
